TL;DR

  • Start at ~10% of body weight (round down).

  • Choose breathable covers if you sleep warm.

Sizing quick chart (placeholder)

  • 50–60 kg → 5–6 kg

  • 60–75 kg → 6–7 kg

  • 75–90 kg → 7–9 kg
Adjust for preference and any mobility concerns.

Care & setup

Use a washable cover; keep shoulders free if you overheat; pair with pink noise at low volume.

Pros

  • Many report calmer pre-sleep; helpful for fidgeting; easy to trial/return.

Cons

  • Can feel hot; heavy to move; not ideal for hot sleepers or certain respiratory/mobility conditions.

Notes & Caveats

  • Avoid for infants/young children.

  • If you have breathing problems or limited mobility, consult a clinician and choose lighter options.
